Nuclear Imaging.
Nuclear Medicine scans are performed with a small amount of radioactive isotope injected intravenously into a vein in your arm. The isotope is specially “tagged” and will travel to the structure being studied. You will be placed under a PET-CT or a gamma camera, instruments used to detect the small amount of radiation being emitted from the organ, change it to light, and print a picture of the distribution of the radioactive isotope. We are proud to be the only center in Egypt offering the 5-Ring PET-CT.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging – MRI.
MRI is an advanced imaging technique using a strong magnet and a complex computer system to produce high resolution images of soft tissues and structural anatomy. Tesla (T) is the unit of measurement quantifying the strength of a magnetic field. Prior to the 3 Tesla Machine, the high-field standard was 1.5 Tesla. Our new GE 3T scanner generates a magnetic field that is twice the strength of 1.5 Tesla machines and 10 to 15 times the strength of low field or open MRI scanners.

Digital mammography is a quick, low-dose x-ray of the breast. Mammograms are the most effective way to detect breast cancer before there are any signs or symptoms of the disease. Doctors recommend women age 40 or older should have an annual mammogram. However, if you have a family history of breast cancer, women are encouraged to speak to their doctor about getting a mammogram sooner. At our center we host the latest in 3D Digital Mammography.

Our technology allows us to provide the fastest response time with the highest quality of lab results.
